About Me
Ibbi Sierra
I'm Ibbi, a graduate of SCAD's Film and TV program with a minor in Social Strategy. Throughout my career, I've taken on the role of a one-person army, managing social media accounts and curating content to fuel business growth and engagement. This involves conceiving creative ideas, crafting scripts, shooting on location or in front of a greenscreen, and then diving into the editing process. I take pride in developing engaging captions and hooks that truly connect with the audience. My passion and dedication to this craft have been the driving force behind my success in the dynamic world of social media management and content creation.
Experience
My journey in marketing and social media management began as a Marketing Assistant at Saachi Style, where I gained hands-on experience in ad management, sales funnel optimization, and creative content creation for campaigns. I took charge of coordinating photoshoots and managing talent, immersing myself in the dynamic world of fashion marketing.
To expand my skills, I embarked on a successful freelance career, working with diverse clients, including Ozemba Beauty, The Beauty Parlor, Med Spas, Elegance European Skincare, Chirag Shah Real Estate Coaching, Jacob Zemer Fitness Coach, Amy Gorin Vegan Nutritionist, and finance expert Jason Shulick/Andorro. These experiences challenged me to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, sharpen my time management, and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines. I conceptualized and executed social media strategies tailored to each client, driving growth and engagement across various industries, with a strong focus on beauty, wellness, and fitness brands.
As the Social Media Director for Hydrogen Fitness and Powerhouse Gyms, I managed the social presence for luxury gyms, including Hydrogen Fitness in Greenwich and Hartsdale, and Powerhouse Gyms in Mahwah, Middlebury, and Nanuet. I developed and executed social media strategies, built influencer partnerships, and oversaw all stages of content creation—conceptualizing, filming, and editing. My work included the successful promotion of gym-branded apparel, which boosted brand visibility and sales, while maintaining a consistent and polished brand voice as the gyms expanded.
During my time as Platform Lead & Video Editor for Leila Hormozi, I implemented innovative trends to make Leila’s personal brand more relatable and engaging. I introduced a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) series combined with Q&A sessions from her live streams, offering a fresh, approachable perspective. These strategies resonated with her audience, fostering deeper connections and driving organic engagement.
In my role as Creative Director for Warrior Babe, I managed not only the brand's overall social media presence but also the personal brand of Nikkiey Stott, the leader of the female coaching sector. Nikkiey focuses on empowering women through mindset coaching, fitness, and wellness. I developed strategies to highlight her personal brand, crafting relatable and engaging content that aligned with her mission of fostering growth and self-improvement. Through innovative content, influencer collaborations, and performance analysis, I drove consistent brand and audience growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
These experiences reflect my ability to blend creativity with strategy, particularly in social media, beauty, and personal branding. I’m passionate about using innovative content and storytelling to drive brand growth and am excited to bring my expertise to any role where I can further elevate brand presence and engagement.
